My Nursery has been inspected by the Illinois Department of Agriculture. During the inspection process the recent plants I’ve just order three days ago on faire had Mealy bugs on the plants during shipment. It’s a good thing I’ve quarantine them in the grow tent. So they don’t spread. I did have rust on some of my older plants that i have in the house that are not listed on sale. So I’ve got rid of them as well my water is too rich in iron due to my fish tank so the plants had rust on the leaves. So when the next inspection comes in next year and the Mealy bugs have been disposed of. I’m also getting rid of rusted plants and as well as some dying plants as well.
The only thing i got to worry about is Mealy bugs for next year inspection. If mealy bugs haven’t been killed I won’t be able to sell next year.
Also here’s proof of my inspection. Now I got to paid the fee to get the license.
