Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Return and Refund Policy
Contact site owner Michael@mikeaplantnursery.com for full refunds and returns. If the live plant arrives dead on arrival a DOA scenario in a 3-day grace period contact michael@mikeaplantnursery.com for full refund. No refunds on already live plants, sales are final. Any scenarios where live plants were killed on purpose will not be accepted for refund. Please send images of the dead on arrival plants in your email to verify the live plant was damaged or died during shipping. There is no Shipping Insurance on Live Plants. Live Plants are sold as is.
For novelty items like Doug Bath water or sticker return windows is 30 days of delivery date when item arrive at door. To get the refund for novelty items other than live plants return the product by United States Postal Service only to Mike a Plant Nursery PO Box 608017, Chicago, IL 60660. Do not ship your returns with any other shipping carrier other then United States Postal Service. If you have to use another postal service email Michael@mikeaplantnursery.com so I can send you a address to return the item for full refund within a 30-day grace period.
