Updates on why we have no plants in stock and missing.

I am waiting until my letter to the IDA Illinois Department of Agriculture to get my nursery inspected and licensed from the inspectors in my 500 sq ft apartment. I’ve sent in the forms to get the permit and seed license to sell and ship plants online. Just sent the letter today as of April 28, 2026. I’m just waiting to get approve and make sure there is no issue with bugs or infestations. Which i been handling since this day.

Updates i almost sold a ZZ Raven plant clone that i propagated but I’m unable to sell or trade online due to a plant patents laws. Where only Costa Farm are able to sell and produce. There was a plant patent on it which is Patent Number PP30035.

So I’m unable to sell the clone due to patent laws making it illegal to Propagate this plant for sale and trade. Until I’ve ask the Patent owner to allow me to sell and produce this plant.

Which is most likely…

 I’m not going to sell on this site.

Also you wouldn’t download a plant would you this made my day.
